Delivering your orders
When will I get my coffee?
Our coffee is roasted in Granite Bay, California and in smaller batches to ensure best tasting coffee delivered to your door. We will have variable stock levels of freshly roasted coffee depending on the volume of daily orders received per type of roast. This means from your order date and shipping option selected, we endeavour to despatch on the Friday of the same week and deliver within the time frame, however we might be out of stock at that time, and in such case you’ll receive your order from the next fresh roast batch which is normally done the next week on a Wednesday. We’ll aim to communicate any issues regards to your order and delivery with you.
Out of Stock
Where items are unavailable, or out of stock, we will advise customers through the online shop or by email or phone where the details have been provided with an order. Otherwise see the note above regards to our weekly roasting on Wednesdays and despatch on Fridays where we have the beans in stock.
Despatching from Granite Bay, California for our North American market.

Can we ship it to your country?
The onus is on you to make sure you can import our coffee to your country. Customs have strict importing regulations and can change suddenly without notice, which are outside our control. This can cause problems when trying to ship our coffee to customers in countries especially Russia, Qatar, Mexico, some of the countries in Africa and the Middle East.
